Yloco festival.... These kannawidan is a whole Ilocos Fiesta...These festival was held at the plaza of VIGAN.
These was very exciting because they were many artist came at the plaza. The sponge cola, Derek Ramsey, Karylle, And many more. You can see also any variety of flowers and furnitures. Also the product of any municipalities of Ilocos, like for example the San Ildefonso that our product is "BASI".
Kannawidan also have a competition of Ms.Saniata. I didn't watch so that, I don't know who won the contest.
All I know is Kannawidan is very very happy fiesta of Vigan...
